Edu Passion 2019
Hello guys! This is my blog about Edu Passion 2019
Last month, Thursday, January 24 2019 was held one of the biggest event named Edu Passion 2019 : Agranasta in my school. It was held by OSIS LXVI and BK SMAN 3 Bandung. This event intend to give more knowledge and experiences to all of SMAN 3 Bandung students, especially for 12th grade which is now they are focusing on to the next step education. Edu Passion provide many local, overseas, even abroad universities, presentation per faculty from SMAN 3 Bandung's alumni, food stand, and the last but not least is seminar from alumni. There were 35 universities, institutions, and courses stand, 10 food stands, 16 presentations from alumni, etc. Beside of that, there were performances from SMAN 3 Bandung's extracurriculars such as KPA 3, LSS, and VG. One of my favorite was the faculty presentation from medical school of University of Indonesia.
For me, this event was really fun but tiring because I was one of the comitee of this event, more precisely I am the coordinator of public relations and licensing division. As a coordinator, I have to control all of the guests, vip guests, speaker, stand performer, dispensation letter, invitation letter, goods and room licensing, crowd permits, be a Liaison Officer (LO), control my teamworks, and many more.
Sometimes being a comitee of this event was so confusing and stressful because I have to make sure all of the speaker is correct. But I was really grateful because Mrs. Cenny Suryaanita, a counseling teacher and public relations and licensing division mentor helped me a lot. Without her, maybe I couldn't make this event success. Me and my partner at OSIS and from Counseling Teachers already prepared this event for only two months. First, we set our event concept. Then sent invitation, offer fr sponsorship, etc. Mrs. Cenny really helped in this case. All of the comitees whether it is from OSIS or teacher we are united and make shift to succeed this event.
At the end, I've got many lessons from this event, Edu Passion 2019 : Agranasta. We have to work together as a team, we have to prepare everything because someone said 50 % of success is preparation, and then we must do our chores as fast as we can and don't procrastinating.
